Natasha Thompson/ Director
My name is Natasha & I have two handsome boys and one beautiful daughter. I have been in the Early childhood field for almost 10 Years. Majority of it, I have spent teaching infants and toddlers. I have now been a Director at Faith Lutheran for about 3 years. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and experiencing new adventures with my kids. We look forward to meeting your familes and helping them learn and grow!.
Ms. Lulu/ Assistant Director/Lead Preschool Teacher
My name is Lourdes but I go by Lulu. I am the lead preschool teacher and assistant director here at Faith Lutheran. I have been here for five years and love all of my children. In my free time I love being in the kitchen cooking!
Ms. Cierra/ Little Ducks Infant Teacher
My name is Cierra. I am the little ducks infant teacher and have been working with kiddos for 8+ years. I have a daughter, who I love very much, and I look forward to meeting your little one!
Ms. Anette/ Little Ducks & Little Bears Waddlers Infant Teacher
My name is Anette. I moved to Colorado in 2021 to start a new chapter with my family. I began working at Faith Lutheran in July 2023, where I care for infants and love watching them grow into curious toddlers. In February 2025, I became a mom to my son, who is also part of the school community and loves being with his teachers each day. Outside of work, my family and I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially at the lake during the summer!

My name is Jenny. I am from Colombia, and I have a six year old child. I love working with children, they bring me so much joy. I love passing time with my family and learning new things. My goal this year is to learn English!
